Description
Monaco's 2p form. She is as smart as her 1p self (if not a bit smarter). Unlike her 1p self, she is not that fond of the ballet. She uses her wits to out smart her enemies and kills them as qucik as she can. She is a more laid back, but can get very anxious with things. Like her 1p self, she loves to gamble and is quite good at it.
She stay closed at first, but once you become a friend of yours, she is very loyal to them. If she is betrayed by them, she will snap and might kill them on the spot out of anger.

When she get nervous, she get all twitchy and scratches herself a lot
She doesn't really like to kill, but when she does, she does it as fast as she can.
She has an IQ of over 150 (so she pretty damn smart)

She hates cheaters, in both gambling and fighting.
She likes a fair fight, if you don't do any tricks, she won't, you pull a fast one, she will kick your @$$
In my head, she was raise up my 2p-spain for awhile, but he then abandon her (still working that out) and 2p-France found her and adopted her
